Observations your whole staff can discuss
Log tagged observations after every session — technical, tactical, physical, or mental — capturing what went well, anything neutral, and what needs improvement in a single note. Coaches can even record an observation on behalf of a colleague, clearly labelled. Your coaching team can react and comment on each one, building shared context around every player.
